摘　　要：中国共产党的精神建设是我们党特有的政治优势与基本经验,是党的先进性建设题中之义和党的建设的重要组成部分,也是一个带有前瞻性和全局性的重大战略课题。本文以科学发展观来指导党建理论的创新,首次提出“中国共产党政党精神”和“党的精神建设”这两个学术范畴,并把“中国共产党精神建设”列为党的建设的一个重要领域,作为一门党建新兴学科和交叉学科来研究,将其上升到推动党的伟大事业和伟大工程的灵魂主宰来看待。文中探析了中国共产党政党精神的形成规律,总结了中国共产党加强精神建设的历史经验,提出了加强党的时代精神建设的战略指向。The spiritual construction of the CPC with political superiority and basic experience is an important part of the CPC＇s construction and a great subject with perspective study. This paper, on the basis of scientific development perspective that guides the theoretical creation of the Party＇s construction, first puts the two academic categories of ＂the Party＇s spirit of the CPC＂ and ＂the spiritual construction of the CPC＂ that is regarded as an important category of the Party＇s construction. As a new rising and cross subject, it should be treated at a high degree. In addition, this paper sums up the historical experience of the CPC＇s strengthening the spiritual construction and puts its strategic direction.
