承德开发与清康熙帝治边思想的形成

摘　　要：随着庄田的建立和开发,承德这一塞外荒漠之地,生齿日繁,谷田丰产,为八旗军北上木兰秋?提供了物质基础,为避暑山庄的建立创造了有利条件。避暑山庄的建立,是训练八旗、控制蒙古、加强北部边防之需,清康熙帝在避暑山庄的活动又促进了承德的进一步开发,使社会经济发生重大变化。清康熙帝在北巡中根据变化了的形势制定了切实可行的治边政策,形成了独特的治边思想。With the setting up of villages and the development of fields, Chengde, a wild area north of the Great Wall, had its own residents who provide grain for Eight -banner Army to hunt in Mulan. This is a favorable condition for Chengde＇s appearance. The purpose of setting up Chengde was to train Eight - banner Army, control Mongolia and strengthen the northern defense. What the emperor Kangxi did promoted the development of Chengde and brought more changes to the society and economy. In his northern tours, Kangxi formed his boundary defense thoughts.
