摘 要:研制了J-164室温固化低密度蜂芯拼接用环氧树脂胶黏剂。使用液体端羧基丁腈橡胶(5—15质量份)增韧环氧树脂,聚醚胺作为固化剂的主要成分。J-164具有较低的密度(0.7—0.8g/cm^3),压缩强度为25.5MPa,T型剥离强度为0.8kN/m。在胶层厚度为1.2—1.6mm时,J-164胶的剪切强度达到13.3MPa,可以保证如蜂芯拼接等表面不规则材料之间的良好粘接性能。J-164胶的蜂芯节点拉伸测试试验结果表明,蜂芯的破坏形式均为蜂芯节点脱黏,说明J-164胶在蜂芯拼接处的粘接强度大于蜂芯节点胶的粘接强度。本文还就聚酚氧树脂、液体无规端羧基丁腈橡胶和液体端羧基丁腈橡胶等增韧剂对性能的影响,以及活性环氧稀释剂用量对性能的影响作了详细的讨论。使用差热扫描量热仪研究了J-164胶的固化特性。应用试验结果表明,J-164胶是一种理想的蜂芯拼接用胶黏剂。J- 164 room - temperature curing honeycomb core splice epoxy adhesive with low density was prepared. Liquid earboryl terminated butadiene acrylonitrfle (CTBN) rubber was used to toughen the epoxy resin,and polyether dianfine was used as the main component of the curing agent.J - 164 showed a lower density ( from 0.7 to 0.8 g/cm^3) with a conpressive strength of 25.5 MPa and a T - peeling strength of 0.8 kN/m. The shear strength of J - 164 could reach 13.3 MPa when the thickness of adhesive line was in the range of 1.2 - 1.6 mm and this could provide acceptable adhesion between materials with irregular shapes,such as honecomb core splice.The results of honeycenb core temile measurements showed that the style of destruction was a fracture on the previously bonded core node,and it indicated that the bonding strengh of J- 164 on the sites of honeycomb core splice was greater than that on the honeycenab core node. Effects of various toughener,such as polyphenoxy resin,liquid butadiene acrylonitrile rubber and liquid CTBN rubber,and effects of the amount of reactive diluent on the perfommnees were disoassed in detail.The curing characteristic of J- 164 adhesive was studied with Differential scanning calorimeter.The results of application experiment indicated that J- 164 was a desirable room temperature curing core splice adhesive.
