摘  要:介绍了通信电缆终端用环氧堵塞剂开发与应用。通信电缆终端必须与通信设备连接,常常由于空气中水汽渗入,严重影响气压维护型通信线路质量,因此通信电缆终端用密封材料的质量不仅直接影响气压维护型通信网络信号传输质量,而且影响通信网络寿命。早期使用的电缆终端密封材料是聚氨酯型材料,成本较高,耐水性差,而且依赖进口,供货周期特长,可供选择的供应商是唯一的。本研究选择了以双组份E型环氧树脂为主体材料,经过聚硫橡胶等增韧改性,其性能指标达到了进口聚氨酯堵塞剂指标。环氧树脂堵塞剂所有原料均为国内生产,生产成本大大降低,因此缩短了供货周期,能更好地满足客户定货方式变化的需求。The development mad application of epoxy - resin choking is presented in this article, which is used for communication cable ending. The commumication cable ending must link to the commumication equipment, and the moisture in the air permeated the cable will affect the quality of air pressured LOC seriously, therefore, the sealing material will affect not only the quality of signal transmission of air pressured commumication network, but also the service life. The early sealing material for commumication cable ending is polyurethane with the disadvantages of high cost, poor water - resistance, depending on importation, long period of supply and only one suppliex. This study selects the two commumication E type epoxy resin as the main material, after the toughening motification by polysulfide robber,its performance reaches the level as the product abroad. All materials for this choking are produced danestically, the cost reduces greatly,the period of supply is shortened, it could better satisfy customer' s changing requiirement of ordering goods.
