摘 要:紫外光固化涂料由于固化速度快、涂膜质量高、环境污染少以及能耗低等优点,已经成为涂料工业中的一支重要生力军。本文介绍了紫外光固化涂料的固化原理,同时也对紫外光固化涂料中的光引发剂、活性单体、齐聚物、助剂等的发展现状进行了综述,重点介绍了混杂齐聚物、水性齐聚物、超支化齐聚物的研究进展。详细介绍了环氧丙烯酸酯、聚酯丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯类齐聚物的研究。紫外光固化涂料的水性化和粉末化将是紫外光固化涂料未来的发展方向。UV curing coating has become an important fresh activist of coating indusry because its many acvantages such as fast curing speed,good quality of films spreading, less conviromnent pollution and low eneagy ecamtanption. The curing mechartism of UV curing coating is reviewed in this article as well as the development of photoinitiator, active monomer, oligtxner and additive used in UV curing coating. The developments of hybrid oligomer, waterborne oligomer and over branched oligomer are intruducaxt especially. The studies on oligomers such as epoxy - acrylate, polyester - acrylate, and polyurethane - acrylate are discussed in detail. Waterborne UV curing coating and powder UV curing coating will be the development trends of UV curing coating in the future.
