摘 要:为了给进一步研究桃的遗传标记的定位打下基础,以毛桃北京2—7[Prunus persica(L.)Batsch.Beijing2-7]、山桃白花山碧桃[Prunus davidiana(Carr.)Franch.Baihuashanbitao]以及2者的F1代为试材,用RAPD、AFLP标记构建了北京2—7和白花山碧桃的遗传连锁图,分别覆盖221.7 cM(7个连锁群)、1238.8 cM(12个连锁群)。其中北京2—7的连锁图包含19个标记,标记间平均距离为11.7 cM;白花山碧桃的连锁图包含103个标记,标记间平均距离为12.0 cM。The biological characteristics of 38 F1 seedlings, which were derived from a cross between Prunus persica (L.) Batsch. Beijing 2-7 and P. day/diana (Carr.) Franch. Baihuashanbitao, were studied. The aim was to construct a genetic linkage map of peach nuclear genome. The genetic linkage map of 2-7 was elaborated with a total of 19 loci by using Mapmaker. Seven linkage groups covering 221.7 cM of the peach genome were found. The genetic linkage map of Baishanbitao was elaborated with a total of 103 loci by using Mapmaker. 12 linkage groups covering 1238.8 cM of the peach genome were found.
