摘  要:为了进一步完善水垫带式输送机的设计,对其基本参数之间的关系进行了研究.根据润滑理论对水垫带式输送机设计原理进行了分析,推导出水垫带式输送机的水垫雷诺方程.以水垫雷诺方程为基础,系统地分析水垫压力、水泵压力、工作液体流量和阻力、盘槽喷嘴布置等水垫带式输送机的基本参数,得到了相应的计算原则和方法.研究表明:水垫带式输送机的承载能力是由动压效应、挤压效应、加质作用3部分组成;由于挤压效应的存在,输送机在间断和不均匀给料的工况下仍可正常工作;最佳的喷嘴布置方案是采用不等排距、不等孔距、不等流量.To optimize the design of water cushion belt conveyor, the basic design parameters of it were studied. The design theory of water cushion belt conveyor was investigated based on the lubrication theory, and the Reynolds equation of water cushion was deduced. The design parameters such as the pressure of water cushion, the pressure of water pump, the water flux, the water resistance, and the muzzles distribution were systematically analyzed. The relevant formulas about the design parameters were presented. The results show that the load capacity of water cushion belt conveyor is composed of hydrodynamic, squeezing and hydrostatic effects. The squeezing effect ensures the conveyor working in order, even if the material distributing on the belt is discontinuous. Different distances among muzzles arrays and pores, and different muzzles flux should be involved for the optimization of muzzles distribution.
