摘 要:对钢绳芯带式输送机接头断裂、纵向撕裂、火灾、张力超限等重大事故的在线监控方法开展了深入的研究,提出了基于接头F-L曲线测量与分析进行接头损伤与断裂的在线监测与预报、采用内藏传感器的测力托辊间接监测纵向撕带、采用形状记忆合金温度传感器监测托辊超温等新方法和新技术.在此基础上研制开发了一种新型分布式计算机在线监测系统,用以实现对矿用钢绳芯带式输送机的实时综合监测与保护.结果表明:所述的方法及系统具有可靠性高、实时性好、通用性强、安装使用方便等优点.接头长度的平均测量误差小于±1 mm,输送带在机尾落料口处受力的测量误差小于±5%,且每隔1 ms可获得一个判别是否撕带的数据,形状记忆合金温度传感器的测量误差小于±5℃.Some methods and techniques for real-time monitoring serious faults of steel-cord belt conveyor, such as splice breaking, longitudinal rip, fire and tension super-threshold etc, were analyzed. A method for monitoring and forecasting splice breaking was presented based on measurement and analysis of F-L (tensile Force-Length) curve of splices. A method for monitoring longitudinal rip was also presented by means of measuring force of assuasive idlers at loading place of trail. The temperatures of the belt idlers were monitored using shape memory alloy temperature sensors. Furthermore, a new distributed computer system were developed for real-time monitoring and protecting of the conveyor. Simulation and industrial experiments results show that this system possesses many advantages such as high reliability, fine real-time performance, good versatility and convenient installation. The average error of measurement of the splice length is within ± 1 mm. The measuring error of the force of assuasive idlers at loading place of trail is within ±5% , and a data for diagnosing longitudinal rip is obtained per ms. The errors of measurement of the shape memory alloy temperature sensors are within ±5 ℃.
