摘　　要：基于“以人为本”的思想,利用环境和运输心理学理论分析了旅客出行的行为活动和心理状态,针对客运的实际情况提出客站设计的理念,目的在于改善环境和流程及服务手段以满足旅客的功能需求和精神需求,不断完善客站设计理论,从而推动铁路客站建设的现代化.The paper on the noumenon of ＂humanizational thought＂ analyses the behavior activity and psychological state of passengers and develops an idea of station design, which aims at improvement of circumstances, environment and passengers transportation flow as well as service to meet passenger＇s demand functionally and spiritually, for a better theory of station design, and promotion of the modernization of construct of the railway station.
