托辊套筒旋压成型中旋轮的选材及制造工艺研究

摘　　要：在整体旋压式无心轴托辊的制造过程中,托辊套筒的旋压制造是一个关键工序,它是将薄壁空心套筒装在旋压机上,用旋轮强力旋压使工件产生局部变形而达到成型的目的.对旋轮进行合理的选材和制定合理的制造工艺不仅可以满足托辊套筒的旋压成型要求,而且可以延长旋轮的使用寿命,进而降低托辊的制造成本.分析了目前胶带输送机使用的有心轴托辊的缺陷以及旋压式无心轴托辊的结构特点和制造过程,对旋轮的选材和制造工艺进行了研究.In manufacture process of unitary spinning no-mandrel roller, spinning forming of roller sleeve is the key process, the thin wall hollow sleeve was installed in spinning machine, and the goal of forming can be achieved by means of the power spinning of cycloid to cause the work piece local distortion. Reasonable material choice and reasonable manufacture process of cycloid not only meet the needs of spinning forming for roller sleeve, but also lengthen the service life of cycloid and reduces production cost of roller. In the paper, the flaw of mandrel roller in present adhesive tape conveyer is analyzed, unique feature and the manufacture process of spinning no-mandrel roller are proposed. The material choice and manufacture process for cycloid has been carried out.
