摘  要:通过建立一大型氨合成塔封头法兰双锥环密封结构的三维有限元分析模型,得到预紧和正常操作两种工况下密封面上的垫片应力,并探讨了双锥环内侧与顶盖圆柱面之间径向间隙对密封性能和双锥环应力的影响。有限元结果表明:封口直径为2 230 mm的双锥结构参照GB150进行设计,其密封性能能够得到保证。Through establishing three dimensional model for finite element analysis of the structure of flange seal with double-cone ring in large-sized ammonia converter with the diameter'of 2 230 mm, the stresses forced on seal faces of gasket in both pre-loading and working condition were obtained. The affects of clearance between inside of double-cone and cylindrical surface of top cover on seal performance and stress on double-cone were discussed. The results showed that the seal effect was assurable if the seal ring was designed by standard of GB150.
