摘　　要：电子政务系统是目前研究和开发的热点之一。采用基于Petri网的工作流对电子政务系统进行了建模与分析,首先说明了在工作流中运用Petri网的优点,然后将Petri网与工作流相结合,建立了电子政务系统的工作流网模型,最后运用Petri网理论对所建模型的正确性进行了定性分析,并对模型的子系统网上投诉系统的资源分配情况进行了定量分析。At present Electronic Government System （EGS） is one of the hot points that study and develop. This paper models and analyses the EGS using workflow based on Petri Net. Firstly,the advantage of using Petri Net in workflow is explained,then the workflow - net model of EGS is built with combination of Petri Net and workflow,at last,the validity of the model is proved based on the theories of Petri Net,at the same time,the resource distribution of the subsystem is analyzed.
