摘 要:目的探讨神经节苷酯治疗急性脊髓损伤的机制。方法W istar健康雄性大鼠,随机分为神经节苷酯组、地塞米松组、模型组及假手术组。采用改良的A llen′s捶击法致大鼠T11、T12脊髓损伤,应用原位杂交化学方法观察脊髓损伤急性期bc l-2 mRNA的表达。结果脊髓损伤后3、7、14 d时神经节苷酯组bc l-2 mRNA阳性表达远远优于地塞米松组和模型组(P>0.01)。结论神经节苷酯可上调bc l-2 mRNA表达,从而减少或抑制细胞凋亡的发生。Objective To investigate the mechanism of Ganglioside on acute cord injury. Mathods Healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups, the model group, the ganlioside treated group , the dexameson group and sham - operation group. The model rat with T11 ,T12 spinal cord injury was established by Modified Allen's hammer blow method. The expression of bcl -2 mRNA in early spinal cord injury was determined by using immunohistochemistry method. Results It was shows that the curative effect in the ganglioside group was superior to that in the dexameson treated groups and model groups, especially injured in 3,7,14 d. It could improved the recovery of motor function of injured rats. Conclusion So ganglioside plays an important role in recovery the spinal cord injury by up - regulating the expression of bcl - 2 mRNA.
