摘 要:对蜡防印花生产废水清污分流处理工艺进行了研究。结果表明:机械洗蜡废水分流后经双级气浮蜡回收处理,蜡回收率和处理水回用率可达90%以上;皂化脱蜡废水分流后采用酸化-加压溶气气浮技术处理,蜡回收率可达95%以上;皂化脱蜡处理水与印花废水经内电解预脱色处理,脱色率可达92%以上;各段处理废水与其它废水混合后经混凝气浮-生物接触氧化-沉淀-过滤组合工艺处理后,出水水质可达行业一级排放标准。该处理工艺处理效率高、费用低,经济效益和环境效益显著。The treatment ofwastewater from wax printing process was studied. The results showed that, through wax recovery treatment by double-stage air floatation after mechanically washing wax wastewater splitting-flow, the both wax and treated water recovery rate could reach to over 90%. The saponated and de-wax wastewater after splitting-flow was treated with acidification and air floatation, the wax recovery rate could reach to over 95%; the water treated with saponated and de-wax and the printing wastewater was treatment through pre-decoloration treatment of internal electrolysis, the de-coloration rate could reach to over 92%; after the mixing water of treated wastewater of various sections and other wastewater was treatment by the combination process of coagulation-air floatation-biological contact oxidation-sedimentation-filtration, the ettluent quality could reach the first class discharge standard in the trade. The process possesses the advantages of high efficiency, low cost and has marked economic and environmental benefits.
