摘　　要：针对华中电网即将实施的省际联络线电力电量CPS考核细则,结合河南电网水火电AGC实际情况,对河南电网现有A1/A2考核标准下的AGC控制策略进行修正并进行水火电联调功能扩充,使其满足CPS考核准则。Under the Control Performance Standard （CPS） and current level of AGC in Henan Power Grid, The paper corrects and extends the thermal-hydro coordination control strategy based on A1/A2 standard to satisfying the CPS detailed rules that is being used in Huazhong Power Grid.
