摘  要:目前国内火电厂普遍存在汽轮机疏水系统阀门内漏的问题,严重影响机组的安全性、经济性。本文计算出疏水系统不同泄涌点对热耗率的影响,介绍了目前火电厂内漏的现状,从设计方面提出加设阀门监视系统、旁路系统优化等改进措施,从检修、运行方面提出热态二次调整、开关原则等具体措施。通过2台300MW机组4年的运行实践,取得了内漏治理的理想效果,并总结方便、实用的内漏判定标准。The problem of valve inside leak is commonly observed in the power plants in our country. The safe and economic operation of the generators has been seriously threatened. This paper introduces the valve inside leaking conditions in the present plants. Based on the thermal loss ratio calculation corresponding to various leaking points in the drainage system, the paper proposes the design improvement measures including valve monitoring system installation and bypass system optimization, as well as the detailed operation and repair improvement measures involving secondary thermal adjustment and switching principles. Through four years operation experience of two 300MW generators, the satisfactory effect for the leakage control is achieved. The practical and convenient standards of inside leak determination are concluded in the paper.
