摘 要:从充分发挥煤矸石潜在活性的观点出发,通过机械力化学作用对煅烧后煤矸石的活性进行进一步激发。将粉磨后不同细度煤矸石以不同掺量与熟料、石膏配置复合水泥,测定其3d、28d强度,标准稠度用水量和凝结时间。结果表明,经高能球磨后的煤矸石,其20%掺量的水泥胶砂强度可达53.8MPa,掺量为40%的水泥胶砂强度达到44.1MPa;煤矸石越细,标准稠度用水量越大,凝结时间越短。Starting from sufficiently utihzing the potential activity of coal. gangue, the reactivity of coal gangue calcined was further activated through mechanochemistry effect in this paper. In the study, coal gangue was grinded in particles with different sizes, and admixed into cement clinker with different contents, then the properties of the composite cement such as 3d and 28d strength, water requirement of normal consistency and setting time were tested. The results show that, when 20% of coal gangue milled in high-energy ball mill is admixed into cement, the 28d strength is up to 53.8MPa, and 40% of it is admixed into cement to get cement mortar strength of 44. 1MPa. Finer coal gangue particles, water requirement of normal consistency gets more and setting time shortens.
