摘 要:考察了在快速搅拌制粒机中加水量、造粒时间、搅拌方式对宏孔性多孔玻璃颗粒造粒过程的影响,研究了烧结温度对颗粒强度与孔隙率的影响。结果表明,以废玻璃为原料,加水41%~42%,造粒3~6min,在750℃下烧结并保温2h,能够成批制备出强度大于13.82MPa,孔隙率大于42%的宏孔性多孔玻璃颗粒,孔径保持在20~120μm。Through experiments in a high-shear mixergranulator, the proper operation conditions, such as the amount of water added during granulation, the time for granulation, the stirring speed for granulation as well as sintering temperature and temperature holding time, for preparing the macro-porous glass beads from waste glass material are determined. It shows that under the conditions of adding 41%-42% water, granulating for 3-6 minutes, sintering at 750℃ and holding the temperature for 2 hours, the glass beads with porosity above 42% ,hole diameter 20μm to 120 μm and press strength above 13.82 MPa can be achieved.
