摘  要:介绍了以钢渣、粉煤灰、铜尾矿及砂岩为主要原料制备微晶玻璃的方法。利用DTA、XRD、SEM及EDS等方法研究了微晶玻璃的热处理制度;确定其主晶相为透辉石及其晶相组成成分;晶粒形貌为颗粒状,晶粒的尺寸约为0.5μm。实验结果表明:当废渣及工业砂岩引入为90%时,主晶相为透辉石,材料结构均匀致密、性能良好。实验热处理制度工艺参数为:退火温度:550℃,保温1h;晶化温度900℃,保温2h。The method of manufacturing glass ceramics with steel slag, fly-ash, copper mine tailings and sandstones as major materials was described. Heat-treatment parameters, major phase of crystallization, and composition and pattern of crystallized particles were used by DTA, XRD, SEM and EDS. The result of experiment was tested:when multi-solid waste slag was introduced into 90 percent, the major phase of crystallization is diopside, which is characterized with homogeneous, dense structure and excellent performance. The optimal heat treatment parameters: annealed temperature is at 550℃ for 1 hour and crystallized temperature is at 900℃ for 2 hours.
