摘　　要：伊立替康是拓扑异构酶I的特异性抑制剂。迟发性腹泻与中性粒细胞减少症等是伊立替康的主要不良反应,是可预测、可逆转、可控制、无蓄积的,只要及时准确处理均可控制。本文详述了伊立替康的主要不良反应及其临床处理。Irinotecan is the specific inhibitor of topoismerase I. Tardive diarrhoea and neutropenia are the major adverse reactions of irinotecan, which are predictable,reversible,controllable and without accumulation. They all could be brought under control with promptly accurate treatment. This article introduces the adverse reactions and the management of irinotecan.
