摘  要:小豆百粒重是具有重要经济价值的商品品质性状,研究百粒重的遗传体系对杂交亲本的选配、杂种分离世代的选择具有实践指导意义。本文利用子粒大小不同的5个小豆亲本组配了4个杂交组合,对其衍生后代家系群体百粒重性状的遗传体系应用主基因+多基因家系世代联合分离分析方法进行了分析。结果表明,B-1(大粒)×HB801(大粒)和HB801(大粒)×JN5(中粒)2个组合百粒重遗传体系由1对加性-显性主基因+加性-显性-上位性多基因(D-0)构成,F2世代的主基因遗传率34.00%~35.82%,多基因遗传率为9.65%-22.18%;而B-1(大粒)×Hokuodainakonn(小粒)组合是由2对加性.显性主基因+加性-显性多基因(E-2)构成,主基因遗传率为41.35%;JN5(中粒)×JN001(中粒)组合则由2对等显性主基因+加性-显性多基因(E.6)构成,主基因遗传率为51.27%。Handred-seed weight is an important commercial quality character of adzuki bean. Four hybridized combinations between 5 adzuki bean parents with different seed sizes, were need to analyse the genetic systems of 100-seed weight in their progeny family groups by utilizing the method of joint segregation of major genes plus polygenes. The results showed that the genetic system of 100-seed weight of B- 1 (big seed) × H B801 (big seed) and HB801 (big seed) × JN5 (middle seed) was constructed with one pair of additive-dominant major genes plus additive-dominant-epistatic polygenes( D-O), and the heritability of major genes in F2 generation was 34.00%-35.82 % ; however that of B-1 (big seed) × Hokuodainakonn( small seed) with two pairs of additive -dominant major genes plus additive-dominant polygenes(E-2), the hefitability of major genes was 41.35 % ; and that of JN5 (middle seed) × JN001 (middle seed) with two pairs of equidominant major genes plus additive-dominant polygenes( E-6), and its heritability of major genes was 51.27 %.
