摘 要:一台超导高梯度磁分离装置在科学院电工所建成并投入了运行。该装置分选室口径达80mm,有效分选长度为400mm,磁体采用直径0.75mm 和0.5mm 的两种 NbTi 复合超导线密绕而成,用石蜡充填。实验证明,磁体可在5T 运行,磁体杜瓦具有较好的绝热性能。在湿法分选中,有两种供料系统可供采用,一种是向上馈给系统,另一种是向下馈给系统,处理流量和流速可连续调节。高岭土提纯和高硫煤脱硫的样品试验的初始结果表明该装置具有较好的性能。A superconducting high gradient magnetic separator has been constructed and put into operation, at the Institute of Electrical Engineering pf Chinese Academy of Sciences.The working separation chamber is 80 mm in diameter and 400mm in length.The magnet is wound with 0.75 and 0.5mm in diameter NbTi superconducting composite.The winding is compact and wax-filled.The test proved that the magnet can operate at 5T. The magnet cryostat has a good thermal insulation performance. In the wet beneficiation mode, there are two separation system available, one is the upward pumping feeding system and another is with the downward gravity feeding. the processing volume and velocity can be adjusted continuously. The preliminary sample test for Gaoling clay purification and coal desulfurization showed that the separator is good in p-erformance.
