摘　　要：篮球是一个集体项目,组织后卫是一个球队的“灵魂”,是战术意图的贯彻者。所以,我们要提高运动员对防守重要性的认识,加强相关理论学习,从意识、心理、身体、技术战术等方面进行综合培养,提高篮球后卫队员的防守能力。Basketball is a kind of collective activity, and the rear guards are its soul and the carriers of the strategy. So, we should strengthen the consciousness of the importance of defending to the players, improve their study of relative theory, cultivate their capability of consciousness, minds, bodies, skills, and strategy, and improve the rear guards＇ defending capability.
