摘　　要：本文阐述了肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和IL-6的生物学特性以及与病毒性心肌炎(VMC)的关系,并着重探讨了TNF-α和IL-6在VMC预后中的作用。研究显示,VMC患者血清TNF-α和IL-6水平均明显升高,表明TNF-α和IL-6对病毒性心肌炎疾病过程有重要影响。因此,检测TNF-α和IL-6水平对判断VMC患者的预后有重要临床意义。This article is aimed at explaining the biological festure of TNF-α and IL-6 and their relationship with viral myocardtis,and specially investigating their effect in prognosis of viral myocardtis. The level of cytokine TNF-α and IL-6 are all increased obviously in the serum of patients with VMC which indicate that cytokine TNF-α and IL-6 play an important role in viral myocardtis. So the detection of them is great significant to judge the prognosis of viral myocardtis.
