香砂六君颗粒对慢性胃炎大鼠的免疫调节作用

摘　　要：目的:观察香砂六君颗粒对慢性胃炎大鼠的免疫调节作用。方法:用盐酸乙醇灌胃、过度疲劳和饥饱失常方法复制大鼠慢性胃炎模型;造模同时灌胃给予香砂六君颗粒5 g·kg^(-1)·d^(-1),以香砂六君丸(2．25 g·kg^(-1)·d^(-1),灌胃)为阳性对照。给药8周后用免疫组织化学方法检测大鼠外周血和胃黏膜下CD_3,CD_4和CD_8T淋巴细胞数量及计算CD_4/CD_8比值。结果:香砂六君颗粒5 g·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)组大鼠外周血及胃黏膜CD_4T淋巴细胞数量明显增加而CD_8T淋巴细胞数量显著减少,CD_4/CD_8比值增大,与模型组比较有显著差异(P＜0．05)。香砂六君颗粒与香砂六君丸的作用相近。结论:香砂六君颗粒对实验性慢性胃炎大鼠有一定的免疫调节作用。Objective：To evaluate the effect of granules of costus and amomum with six noble ingredients （Xiangshaliujun granules） on immunoregulation in rats with chronic gastritis. Methods： A rats＇ model of chronic gastritis was set up by lavaging hydrochloric-alcohol into gaster and over-exhaustion and nestia of the rats. Simultaneously, the rats were supplemented with Xiangshaliujun granules （5 g·kg^-1·d^-1） for 8 weeks. The Xiangshaliujun pills（2.25 g·kg^-1·d^-1） were used as positive control. The number of CD3, CD4 and CD8 of T lymphocyte and ratio of CD4/CD8 in peripheral blood and gastric mucosa of the rats were assayed after the treatment by immunohistochemistry. Results：Compared to the model control, the granules resulted in significant escalations of the CD4 of T lymphocyte and ratio of CD4/CD8, and reduction of the CD8 （P 〈 0.05）. The immunoregulation of the granules were the same as that of the pills （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The Xiangshaliujun granules had the immunoregulation in rats with chronic gastritis.
