摘　　要：目的检测妊娠相关蛋白A和hs-CRP在不稳定心绞痛患者的血清表达水平。方法将病人分为三组,分别为不稳定型心绞痛组(n=30例),稳定型心绞痛组(n=28例),正常对照组(n=20例),全部患者均采用酶联免疫吸附法(Elisa)测定血清PAPP-A和超敏免疫透射比浊法测血浆hs-CRP的浓度。结果在UAP患者中,血清PAPP-A和hs-CRP水平明显高于SAP及正常人水平(P<0.01)。结论PAPP-A及高敏CRP在血液中的水平与冠心病的严重程度有密切相关,提示两者均可作为预测不稳定心绞痛预后的新的敏感的标志物。Objective To explore the expression of PAPP-A. hs-CRP in the serum of the patients with anstable Angina. Methods Divide three groups： UAP group （n=30） SAP group （n=28） Normal healthy group （n=20）. All the patients were analysed for PAPP-A and hs-CRP with enzyme-linkedimm unosorbent （ELISA） and untrasensitive immunoassy respectively. Results The plasma PAPP-A, hs-CRP levels in the patients with UAP in creased significantly higher, compare with those in SAP and Normal health group （P〈0.01）. Conclusions the level of PAPP- A. hs-CRP are positive correlation with UAP, and can be a nearly sensitive for the patients with UAP.
