摘　　要：在分析石材异型制品的市场现状的基础上,针对当前国内石材装饰行业对经济实用型多功能石材异型制品加工设备的需求,应用模块化设计技术,通过功能运动分析,将设备划分为包括双立柱框架、水平动力头、水平托板、回转式工作台等在内的10个功能模块,结合可重构思想研制开发了石材异型制品加工系列设备。该系列设备以双立柱和单立柱各一种设备为基型,通过动力头模块和工作台模块的互换、重构,即可得到不同功能的石材异型制品加工设备,可加工平面、曲面、浮雕、立体雕刻制品等大部分石材异型制品。Based on the analysis of present market situation of special-shaped stones, aimed at the urgent need of multifunctional special-shaped stones machining equipment which is economical and practical in the domestic stone-decorating industry, via the analysis of function and movement, applying modular design technology and reconstruction theory, a series of equipments for machining special-shaped stones are developed which are divided into ten modules such as double-pillar frame, horizontal power, horizontal splint and rotated worktable. Based on double-pillar frame and single- pillar frame, via the reconstruction of power and worktable, special-shaped stones machining equipments of different function can be obtained which can machine most special-shaped stones such as fiat, curve, embossed stones and three-dimensional carvings.
