摘 要:针对楔式炮闩火炮频繁出现的装填炮弹后自动击发事故,从击发机受力分析入手,论证了造成自动击发事故的主要原因;提出了安全极限磨损角理论,计算求出了安全极限磨损角;给出了弥补传统击发机安全缺陷,预防自动击发事故的应对措施,提出了建立易损部件更换制度和检验标准或增设辅助保险装置的设想。The factors leading to auto-firing(AF) accidents in wedged breach mechanisms of guns, starting with the force-bearing analysis of the firing device, or main reasons leading to such AF phenomenon were analysed. Based on this, the theory of the safety limit wear angle was put forward; and the safety limit wear angle was obtained. Corresponding measures were then put forward to compensate for the defects of safety in the traditional firing device, so as to prevent the AF accidents from happening. The preventive assumption is either the provision of an auxiliary safety mechanism, or the establishment of replacing a system and a testing criteria for the easily-damaged parts.
