摘  要:细水雾灭火系统具有高效、环保、低成本的特点,将其用于舰船消防具有无法比拟的性能优势。介绍了细水雾灭火技术的定义、系统分类、灭火机理及优点。指出其替代哈龙灭火技术的重要意义并概述了该领域的国内外发展状况。研制了固定式高压单相流细水雾灭火系统,进行了电绝缘性实验、喷雾滞空性实验和灭火实验。结果表明研制的细水雾灭火系统释放的雾滴属于1级细水雾,能在50 s内灭B类火灾和180 s内灭A类火灾。Water mist fire suppression system has the qualities of high efficiency, friendly environment compatibility and low cost. It is the most competitive fire fighting system when used in naval ships. Water mist's definition, system classification, fire fighting mechanism and advantages are introduced. It is of great importance to employ water mist to replace the Halon fire fighting technique. State-of- the-art water mist fire suppression technology at home and abroad is overviewed. A fixed high pressure single-phase water mist fire suppression system was developed. Water mist electrical insulation and water mist hanging ability in space were investigated. Tests of water mist suppression on fires were carried out. The results show that the system can spray high grade water mist and is able to extinguish class-B fire in less than 50 seconds or class-A fire in less than 180 seconds, respectively.
