摘　　要：运用人-机-环境系统工程理论,可靠性理论,模糊数学,从内因和外因两个方面分析了人的可靠性影响因素,并进一步给出了人的可靠性计算方法,采用模糊综合评价法评价矿井人的可靠性。Applying the human-facilities-circumstance system engineering theory, reliability theory and fuzzy mathematics, the paper analyses the fac-tors that influence the human’s reliability from internality and exter-nality aspect, further offers the calculation method fro human’s reliability, and synthetically appraises human’s reliability in the mine with fuzzy synthetical appraisement approach.
