体外黏附力的测定及在生物黏附制剂处方筛选的试用

摘　　要：采用自制的体外黏附力测定装置,以同一大鼠的离体小肠测定生物黏附缓释片的黏附性能。并以黏附力、体外释放度两个指标筛选优化处方。结果表明,自制装置结构简单,所建立的方法可用于生物黏附制剂的处方筛选。The adhesive ability of the prepared bioadhesive tablets was measured using excised small intestine of same rat by domestic adhesive force determination device. The formulation was optimized using adhesive force and in vitro release as two evaluation parameters. The results showed that domestic device was simple and the method could be used to screen the formulation of bioadhesive preparations.
