摘　　要：诚实信用原则是社会公平正义观念与具体民法规范之间的连接纽带。保险的特点决定了必须要遵循最大诚信原则。我国社会信用的缺失和法制的不健全,导致保险市场的诚信危机。面对入世的挑战,构建保险信用体系,重塑我国保险业诚信已成当务之急。Honesty principle is the link between the idea of social justice and the standard of civil law. The characteristics of insurance require the adoption of greatest honesty principle. But lack of honesty and imperfect legal system caused the honesty crisis of the insurance market in China. So it is most pressing to build insurance honesty system and rebuild honesty to face the challenge of entering wro.
