摘 要:以注塑成型过程仿真获得的注塑过程中模具型腔的压力数据作为注塑机系统仿真的初始压力数据,进而通过系统动力学仿真,解决了设备系统参数的优化配置问题。针对仿真计算结果,讨论了影响注塑成型过程中精密压力控制的主要因素。系统动态特性试验结果表明,注塑成型过程仿真与系统动力学动态仿真相结合的综合分析方法是实现注塑成型参数优化和开发高精度注塑成型设备的一条有效途径。The required precision of injection products is more and more strict in industry application,in order to satisfy the requirement and find the key parameters which affect the precision and the quality in injection molding,the dynamic model of each portion in the injection molding system is constructed and the model is simulated.By means of simulation of the injection molding processing,we can get the original parameters of the injection molding system and do simulation.According to the results of the simulation,the major factors which affect dynamic characteristics of accurate pressure control system in injection molding processing are analysed.The simulation results show that the combination of injection molding simulation system and dynamic simulation of pressure control system of injection molding based on SIMULINK is an effective way to synthetically analyse the system of injection molding,optimize injection parameters and develop accurate injection molding systems,meanwhile,it provides a reliable evidence for accurate injection molding.
