摘  要:采用脑缺血再灌致小鼠学习记忆损伤造模法,并通过小鼠一次性回避性条件反射方法,观察了益脑冲剂对脑功能的保护作用。结果显示,脑缺血再灌可使小鼠学习记忆能力降低(P<0.01)。中药益脑冲剂各组对脑缺血再灌所致学习记忆损伤有明显的改善作用,与脑代谢活化剂都可喜的作用相似,给药各组与模型组之间差异非常显著(P<0.01)。A mouse learning and memory disfunction model was established by cerebral ischemic reperfusion. The protecting effects of Yinao granules on the model were studied by step down and step through tests. Results of the experiment showed that cerebral ischemic reperfusion could decrease the ability of learning and memory (P<0. 01) and Yinao granules could improve the learning and memory defect induced by cerebral ischemic reperfusion. The difference between tile results of Yinao granules groups and control groups is significant (P<0. 01).
