摘 要:针对500kV郓城—泰安紧凑型(部分同塔双回)输电工程的设计,研究了该线路的潜供电流限制及单重时间配合问题。通过仿真计算,讨论了该紧凑型(包括同塔双回)输电线路采用不同高抗时,潜供电流、恢复电压、中性点工频过电压随高抗中性点小电抗值变化的趋势,得出高抗和中性点小电抗的选择要综合考虑限制潜供电流和各种工频过电压的幅值。并在工程投运时的系统调试过程中实测了潜供电流暂态波形和系统恢复电压暂态过程以验证工程前期的计算和潜供电流限制措施,讨论了断路器单重分合时间与潜供电流计算值如何配合的问题,说明单重整定时间取0.8s以上能保证该线路单相重合闸成功。In the design of 500kV compact transmission line from Yuncheng to Tai'an, in which the structure of partial line adopts the structure of double circuit on a same tower, the restriction of secondary current and the time coordination of single phase reclosing are researched. By means of simulation by EMTP, the variation of secondary arc current, recovery voltage and temporary neutral power frequency overvoltage with the change of small reactance at reactor neutral is researched when the neutral of the compact transmission line is grounded via reactors with different capacities; the obtained conclusion is that in the selection of reactor and small neutral reactance the restriction of secondary arc current and the amplitude of temporary neutral power frequency overvoltage should be considered. In the commissioning of the compact transmission line the transient waveform of secondary arc current and the transient process of system recovery voltage are measured to verify the calculation in the earlier stage and the restriction measures of secondary arc current. The problem that how to coordinate the opening and closing time of circuit breaker under single phase reclosing with the calculated value of secondary arc current is analyzed, the analysis result is that when the setting time of single phase reclosing is above 0.8sec, success of single phase reclosing of the compact transmission line can be ensured.
