摘 要:目的通过加强护理人力资源管理,促进护理质量持续改进,提高护理服务质量。方法实行护理分组负责制,明确各级人员职责,建立、健全护理管理机制和工作流程,加强护理质量控制和人员培训,提高护士的综合素质。结果职责明确、分工协作、有效利用人力资源,调动了护士的工作主动性和积极性,护理质量达标。结论加强人力资源管理,有利于加强和提高护士的责任心和综合素质,发挥其团队精神,为病人提供优质、高效的护理服务。Objective To promote the constant improvement of nursing quality and improve the quality of nursing through strengthening the management of human resources. Method The following measures were carried out,such as practicing the responsibility system of nursing team ,making clear of the duties and responsibilities of nursing staff on each level ,building up and perfecting nursing management system and work flow ,strengthening nursing quality control and staff training ,and improving the general quality of nursing staff. Result This practice made clear of the duties and responsibilities, made full use of human resources effectively, mobilized nurses' initiative and positivity. As a result,the quality of nursing reached to the standards. Conclusion Strengthening human resource management was beneficial to improve nurses' sense of responsibility and general quality ,mobilize team spirit and provide high -quality and high -efficiency nursing service for patients.
