摘　　要：选题是提高课题中标率的关键。为了让广大护理人员掌握申报护理科研基金的基本方法,抓住申报课题的关键,提高申报课题的质量与中标率,从科研选题和标书填写两个方面做了深入阐述。强调立题依据要充分;研究目标要准确;研究方法要具体、可行。Choosing a valuable research topic is the key point to improve the success rate of aplication. In order to help the nursing staff to master the base means and key points of application for nursing research funds to improve the quality and success rate of application,this paper made a detailed introduction on how to choose a research topic and how to fill in the application form. The author proposed that the key point to improve the success rate of application is to choose a valuable research topic. It is also important to emphasize on the sufficiency of the research background and basis, the accuracy of the research objectives ,and the specific and feasibility of the research method.
