摘　　要：目的探讨如何做好新生儿转运系统的有效管理。方法完善规章制度,重视培训,抓好转运前期准备、中期严密监护及后期紧密衔接3个环节。结果448例危重新生儿得到安全、及时转运,解决了基层医院新生儿急救技术力量薄弱的问题。结论转运系统的安全实施,要有先进的急救设备,完善、规范的管理制度,医护密切配合且技术过硬的急救队伍,才能提高抢救成功率,降低危重新生儿病死率与致残率。Objective To explore the effective management of transfer system for neonates with serious diseases. Methods The following measures were carried out, including improving the rules and regulations, paying close attention to the training, controlling the process of preparation before transfering, monitoring during the period of transfering and handovering and colse connecting after transfering. Result 448 cases of neonates were transferred safely and timely. This practice overcame the technical shortage of neonatal rescue in primary level hospitals. Conclusion In order to guarantee the transfer system to be implemented safely, improve the success rate of rescue, reduce the mortality and mutilation rate of neonates, it is necessary to possess advanced emergency equipments,perfect and standardized management system,and qualified first -aid team with high -quality and good cooperation.
