摘　　要：本文的基调是福柯式的,那就是把权力作用作为社会科学研究中的主要因素,指出社会体系本质上是权力作用体系,权力无所不在,是笼罩在每个社会成员头上的大网,无论统治者和被统治者都不能幸免,社会变化本质是不同社会群体之间的权力争夺,这个争夺过程不会终结,直至死亡。The keynote of this paper is of Foueauh-taking power as the main element of social sciences. It is pointed out that the social system is essentially the power system, an great net covering every member, and neither ruler nor those who are ruled can be exempt from it, and that the social change is essentially the struggle for power and the struggle will not come to an end until death.
