摘　　要：科学地解读“情报”与“信息”的内涵,正确地认识“公安信息”、“公安情报”的含义,对建立由公安情报主导的现代警务模式,推动公安情报分析研究工作和促进公安情报学科建设,都是十分必要的。从某种意义上说,建设和完善公安信息化的过程就是建立情报主导警务模式的过程。It is necessary to interpret the intention of ＂in correct way the implication of ＂information of public security modern pattern of public function of police, and to improve the intelligence working. elligence＂ and ＂information＂, to understand in a ＇ and ＂intelligence of public security＂ to set up research and subject constructing for public security intelligence working.
