摘　　要：目的探讨封堵器介入治疗室间隔缺损(VSD)患者的护理及预防并发症发生的方法。方法分析98例接受介入治疗的室间隔缺损患者的护理问题及对策。结果98例患者介入治疗技术成功率100%,术中98例患者均有一过性室性心律失常。术后1例发生血肿及腓肠静脉血栓,2例发生传导阻滞,2例发生溶血,经治疗护理均痊愈。结论介入封堵室间隔缺损是一种安全、有效的方法。充分的术前准备,积极的术中、术后监护处理,对保证患者顺利通过手术,预防或减少并发症发生有重要意义。Objective To explore the nursing of the patients who suffered ventricular septal defect （VSD） and received intervention therapy and find the method of preventing the complications. Methods 98 patients with VSD were treated with catheter occlusion and the main nursing problems and measures during hospitalization and follow-- up were recorded and analyzed. Results The successful rate was 100%. Ventricular tachycardia was common and transient in all cases. After operation, hematoma and thrombus in sural veins was happened in one case; heart block and hemolysis was observed in two cases respectively. All patients recovered by appropriate nursing. Conclusions Transcatheter closure of VSD is safe and effective. It is necessary for the patient＇s recovery to prepare adequately, monitor carefully during operation and post operatively.
