摘　　要：简述了图书馆进行国际交流与合作的必要性,分析了图书馆国际交流的现状,提出了图书馆进行国际交流的目标是促进图书馆的创新。This paper introduces the necessity of library＇s carrying out the international exchange and cooperation, analyzes on the present situation of library＇ s international exchange, and points out that the target of library＇ s international exchange is to promote library＇ s innovation.
