摘　　要：阐述了图书馆开展信息咨询服务的必要性,从信息咨询员知识结构的整合、信息咨询服务的人本化和个性化等方面论述了信息咨询服务的新目标。This paper expounds the necessity of developing the information consultancy service in libraries, and discusses on the new targets of the information consultancy service through several aspects such as integrating the information consultants＇ knowledge structure, and providing the humanistic and individualized information consultancy service, etc.
