摘　　要：介绍了图书馆个性化服务产生的背景,简述了个性化服务的内涵和特征,从增强个性化服务同传统服务之间的联系与创新出发,提出了强化图书馆个性化服务有效性的对策。This paper introduces the background of the occurrence of library＇s individualized service, expounds briefly the connotation and features of the individualized service, and from strengthening the relationship between and the connection of the individualized service and the traditional service, advances some countermeasures for strengthening the validity of library＇ s individualized service.
