摘　　要：通过对我国货币流通速度的实证分析,得出我国货币流通速度是下降的、顺周期性的、变化大的结论。指出目前我国的货币政策不应单一地采用古典学派理论、凯恩斯主义和现代货币主义中的货币政策,而应采用“积极的财政政策”与“稳步的货币政策”相结合的货币政策。This paper empirically analyzes on the monetary circulation speed in China, draws a conclusion that Chinese monetary circulation speed is descent with cis-periodicity and great variation. In order to guarantee the stabilized running of Chinese macro-economy, Chinese monetary policy shouldn＇t adopt the single monetary policy in the classic school theory, Keynesianism and the modern moneyism, and should adopt the monetary policy in China that combines the ＂active financial policy＂ with the ＂unfaltering monetary policy＂.
