摘 要:该研究采用从中国松材线虫病发生的6个疫区、2种主要寄主马尾松和黑松的不同发病期采集病木,从病木上直接分离并鉴定了松材线虫携带的18株属于假单胞属、泛菌属以及其他属的细菌菌株.用双氧水处理松材线虫卵得到无菌卵,在无菌条件下,研究松材线虫携带的细菌对其繁殖的影响.结果表明只有假单胞菌属的细菌菌株能够显著促进松材线虫的繁殖,其他细菌菌株均抑制松材线虫的繁殖.该试验证明了假单胞菌属的细菌在松材线虫病发病过程中起重要的作用,这一发现为松材线虫病的线虫与细菌复合致病假说提供了进一步的实验证据.Eighteen bacterial strains belonging to Pseudomonas, Pantoea and other genera, which had been isolated directly from pine wood nematodes(PWN) in the infected wood of Pinus thugbergii and P. massoniana, and had been identified, were studied in our research. This diseased wood was collected from several disease stages of two main pine species in six epidemic provinces. To obtain aseptic PWN, the septic eggs were treated with 30% H202 and the observations of effects of PWN with bacteria on the reproduction of PWN were carried out under axenic conditions. The results indicated that only bacterial strains in Pseudomonas promoted the propagation of PWN, while all the other strains showed inhibitory effects. The experiment showed that the bacterial strains of Pseudomonas played very important roles in the development of pine wilt disease. Our findings provide further experimental evidence for the hypothesis that pine wilt disease is a disease complex resulted from infection by both PWN and the bacteria they carrying.
