摘 要:利用分离式Hopkinson压杆冲击加载装置和帽形试样,在应变率ε.=103s-1加载条件下,研究工业纯钛TA2的损伤特性与断口特征。利用扫描电镜和透射电镜观察微观组织形貌和断口特征。结果表明,材料在断裂前经历了小应变条件下的均匀变形,中等应变范围内的对称均匀变形和大应变范围内的不对称不均匀变形。材料失稳符合热塑失稳基本特征,断口是以韧窝和韧性条纹为主要特征的韧性断裂。Dynamic mechanical properties and fracture morphology related to adiabatic shear band formed in pure titanium TA2 have been observed by means of specially designed specimen in a Hopkinson pressure at high strain rate of 10~3 s~ -1 . Microstructure and fracture morphology of the specimens are observed by scanning electric microscope (SEM) and transmission electric microscopy (TEM). The observation indicates that the material undergos uniform deformation at a low strain rate to symmetry uniform deformation in range of middling strain to asymmetry deformation at high strain before it is damaged. The materials are characterized by thermo-plastic disstability. The fracture morphology is characterized by tenacity pit and tenacity veins.
