摘  要:研究6组缓冲体系不同的pH值对裂褶菌F17产锰过氧化物酶的影响,并比较这6组缓冲体系在裂褶菌F17产酶过程中对pH值的缓冲调节能力.结果表明,各缓冲体系对裂褶菌F17产酶的影响不同.在酸性条件下,缓冲培养基的pH值变化不大;在碱性条件下,NH4Cl-氨水和2-氨基-2-甲基-1,3-丙二醇两种体系的缓冲调节能力较其他体系要好.灭菌后pH值为7.2~9.5的缓冲培养基有利于裂褶菌F17产锰过氧化物酶.The effects of pH values on the production of Mn - dependent peroxidase (Mnp) by Schizophyllum sp. F17 in six sets of buffer systems were investigated, and the buffer systems' abilities to cushion and adjust the changes of pH values in the process of producing Mnp were compared. The results showed that : different buffer systems had different effects on the production of the Mnp. When in acidic conditions, pH values of buffer mediums didni change acutely; in basic conditions, the NH4Cl- Ammonia buffer system and the 2 - Amino - 2 - Methyl - 1,3 - Propanediol buffer system were more effective than others to cushion and adjust the changes of pH values. The buffer mediums with pH values of 7.2 - 9.5 after autoclaving were propitious for Schizophyllum sp. F17 to produce Mnp.
