摘  要:从绿洲农业发展对水资源转化影响的角度,研究了石羊河流域水资源转化与生态环境的相互关系,辨证地分析了流域平原区水资源转化的生态环境效应。研究结果表明,绿洲农业发展对水土资源的开发利用改变了流域水资源的转化格局,提高了水资源的利用率,为绿洲的稳定和发展提供了宝贵的水源。同时,由于水资源转化关系的巨大改变,也引发了地表水域萎缩、地下水位大幅度下降、泉水资源量衰减、水质污染与盐化、植被退化、土地沙化和土地盐渍化等一系列生态环境问题,这些问题已严重地影响到了流域水土资源的可持续利用和生态环境安全。From the aspect of the effect of the agricultural development of oasis on the transformation, this article study the interrelation between water resources transformation and environment of Shiyang River Basin, and analys the eco-environmental effect of water resources transformation in the plain areas of the basin. The research results show that the exploitation and utilization of water and soil resources for agricultural development of oasis changed the pattern of water resources transformation of the river basin, increased the utilization ratio of water resources, supplied valuable source for the stabilization and develop- ment of the oasis areas. However, because of the acute change of the relationship of water resources transformation, a series of eco-environmental problems had been caused, such as shrinking of surfacewater areas, the acute drop of groundwater table, attenuation of fountain resources amount, water pollution and salinazation, vegetation degeneration, land desertification and salinazation, etc. The eco-environmental problems had influenced the sustainable utilization of water and soil resources and the safety of eco-environment for the Shiyang River Basin.
