摘  要:采用Li-6200光合分析仪,在自然条件下对柠条叶片蒸腾速率的日进程进行了观测。结果表明:在夏季晴天条件下,柠条叶片蒸腾速率的日变化呈单峰曲线,峰值出现在13:00~15:00时,约为9.392μmolH2O·m^-2·s^-1。采用一元线性回归分析和逐步多元回归分析的方法,建立了柠条叶片蒸腾速率与大气温度、叶片温度、水汽压、水汽压亏缺等生理、生态因子间的回归方程。逐步多元回归分析结果表明,其蒸腾速率与水汽压和胞间CO2浓度的回归方程为:TRAN=0.563EAIR-0.00491CINT+1.824(R^2=0.998)。Diurnal variations of transpiration rate in leaves of Caragana microphylla were studied under natural conditions by using Li-6200 photosynthesis analyzer. The results indicated that in the typical summer sunny days, the curve of diurnal variation of transpiration rate was one-peaked, and the peak value appeared at 13 : 00 to 15 : 00, whic was about μmolH2O·m^-2·s^-1 Using the method of regression analysis, the corrolations between transpiration rate and environmental factors were assessed. The regression equation between transpiration rate, water vapor pressure and intercellular CO2 concentration was TRAN = 0. 563EAIR -0. 004 91CINT + 1. 824 (R^2=0.998).
